Ingredients
✅ 2 cloves fresh garlic, peeled and crushed
✅ 1 thumb-sized piece fresh ginger, sliced
✅ 1 small onion, sliced
✅ 1 teaspoon ground turmeric (or 1-inch fresh turmeric root, sliced)
✅ 1 small cinnamon stick (or ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon)
✅ 3–4 fresh guava leaves (washed thoroughly)
✅ 3 cups water
✅ Optional: 1 teaspoon honey (added after cooling)
2 drops Olive Oil (optional)

Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare Ingredients
Wash, peel, and slice everything as listed.
2️⃣ Combine in a Pot
Place all ingredients in a saucepan with 3 cups of water.
3️⃣ Simmer
Bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15–20 minutes, covered.
4️⃣ Strain
Strain into a mug or bowl.
5️⃣ Serve Warm
Enjoy as a comforting drink, or use it as a light broth with dinner.
Tip: If you prefer, you can sip smaller amounts over the course of the evening.
