Instructions

Step 1 In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast, letting it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
Step 2 Add sugar, eggs, and melted butter, mixing well.
Step 3 Gradually add flour and salt, kneading until a soft dough forms.
Step 4 Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1–2 hours until doubled in size.
Step 5 Roll out the dough and cut into donut shapes using a cutter.
Step 6 Let the shaped donuts rest for 30 minutes to puff up.
Step 7 Heat oil in a deep pan and fry donuts until golden brown on both sides.
Step 8 Remove and drain on paper towels, allowing them to cool slightly.
Step 9 Dip and decorate donuts with chocolate glaze, caramel, crushed cookies, candies, and sprinkles.
Step 10 Let toppings set before serving.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store donuts in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. Reheat briefly in the microwave for a soft texture. Avoid refrigerating as it can dry them out. For longer storage, freeze undecorated donuts and glaze fresh when ready to serve.
