4 natural tips for whiter teeth at home

A little-known but powerful remedy

Fermented rice water is rich in nicotinic acid, a vitamin B3 derivative with cleansing and purifying properties. It acts as a gentle whitening treatment,  much like a face mask… but for your teeth!

Instructions for use:

  • Collect the  second  (purer) rice rinse.
  • Let stand overnight in  an airtight jar .
  • The next day, keep the white deposit at the bottom and discard the clear liquid.
  • Dip your toothbrush into this paste and brush for 5 minutes.

Visible results after 3 to 4 weeks.

Salt: a classic that spans generations

Problem:  Looking for a  quick and easy method  ? Salt is a  traditional , yet incredibly effective, ingredient.

Why does it work?

Fine salt acts as a natural exfoliant. It  “scrubs”  plaque and removes surface stains, while disinfecting.  It’s a bit like a gentle scrub for your teeth.

Recommended use:

  • Dip your wet toothbrush in fine salt.
  • Brush gently, then rinse.

Do not do this more than 3 times a week  to avoid damaging the enamel.
To enhance the effect, add a few drops of  lemon juice  or a pinch of  baking soda .
