Fermented rice water is rich in nicotinic acid, a vitamin B3 derivative with cleansing and purifying properties. It acts as a gentle whitening treatment, much like a face mask… but for your teeth!
Instructions for use:
- Collect the second (purer) rice rinse.
- Let stand overnight in an airtight jar .
- The next day, keep the white deposit at the bottom and discard the clear liquid.
- Dip your toothbrush into this paste and brush for 5 minutes.

- Dip your wet toothbrush in fine salt.
- Brush gently, then rinse.
Do not do this more than 3 times a week to avoid damaging the enamel.
