Ingredients

Cheesecake Layer

  • 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks

Assembly & Topping

  • 1 to 1½ cups caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Chocolate chunks or chopped chocolate bars
  • Optional: crushed toffee bits or brownie crumbs
