4 cups cake flour
2 tsp instant dry yeast
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups warm water

1.5 kg oxtail pieces
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger paste
2 medium tomatoes, grated
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp thyme
1 beef stock cube
Salt and pepper to taste
4 cups water
2 tbsp flour (to thicken, optional)

2 cups chopped spinach
1/2 cup maize meal (or cornmeal)
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp butter
