Ingredients:
For the Sushi Rice:
2 cups sushi rice
2 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
For the Rolls:
8 oz fresh sushi-grade salmon, sliced thinly
4 sheets nori (seaweed)
1/2 cucumber, julienned
1 small avocado, sliced
4 imitation crab sticks or shrimp tempura (optional)
Soy sauce, for serving
Pickled ginger and wasabi, for serving
