A 36-year-old teacher dies from diabetes, which doctors attribute to foods she eats every day.

Diabetes no longer spares anyone, especially not the youngest. This insidious, often silent disease can transform life into a truly difficult journey. This was unfortunately the case for Ms. Luong, a 36-year-old teacher, who suffered from fulminating diabetes despite seemingly impeccable eating habits.

She began to experience persistent fatigue, abdominal pain, a feeling of intense exhaustion, and a rapid heart rate. But, caught up in a busy schedule

A few months ago, while teaching, she suddenly collapsed in front of her class. She was rushed to the hospital, where doctors diagnosed her with severe diabetes, caused by dangerously high blood sugar levels.

Despite immediate medical attention, her condition deteriorated rapidly. She fell into a coma shortly after admission… and died eight hours later.

Here’s what the doctors discovered:

  • Eggplant in Oil  : This vegetable, often celebrated for its health benefits, becomes a veritable grease sponge when cooked with a lot of oil. The result: a dish that, instead of helping, overloads the body with fat, slows metabolism, and disrupts blood sugar levels.
  • Cauliflower sautéed in duck fat  : At first glance, this seemingly harmless cooking method transformed a healthy food into a very fatty dish.
