Instructions:
step 1: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.
step 2: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to make a burger-style sauce.
step 3: Lay tortillas flat and spread a spoonful of the sauce in the center of each one.
step 4: Top with cooked beef, shredded cheddar, mozzarella, diced tomatoes, and chopped pickles.
step 5: Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll up tightly to form wraps.
step 6: Lightly spray the wraps with cooking spray or brush with oil.
step 7: Place wraps seam side down in the air fryer basket. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 6–8 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
step 8: Let cool slightly before serving. Serve with extra sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
Storage and Reheating Tips:
Store leftover wraps in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 4–5 minutes until warm and crispy. Avoid microwaving to maintain the crisp texture.
