Apple Caramel Bombs: A Gooey, Crunchy Fall Treat

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: Flatten each biscuit dough round slightly. Place a small spoonful of chopped apples and one soft caramel in the center of each round.

Step 3: Carefully fold and pinch the dough around the filling, sealing it completely to form a ball.

Step 4: In a small bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers or oats with cinnamon, if using. Brush each dough ball with melted butter and roll in the crumb mixture to coat.

Step 5: Place the bombs seam side down on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 13–15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Step 6: Allow to cool slightly before drizzling with extra caramel sauce, if desired. Serve warm.
