Step 8: Roll another portion into balls and coat them with rainbow sprinkles.
Step 9: Fill some cookie dough portions with chocolate spread and seal them before shaping.
Step 10: Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together, then roll another portion of dough in the mixture for cinnamon sugar cookies.
Step 11: Place the cookies on the prepared baking sheets, spacing them slightly apart.
Step 12: Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
Step 13: Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
Storage and Reheating Tips
