2 pounds assorted meats (beef, tripe, cow skin, or goat meat)
1 pound beef shaki (tripe), cleaned and cut
1 pound cow skin (ponmo), cleaned and cut

1 cup palm oil
6 green bell peppers
4 green scotch bonnet peppers (adjust to heat preference)
1 large onion (divided)
2 tablespoons locust beans (iru)
2 tablespoons ground crayfish
1 tablespoon seasoning powder
