Storage and Reheating Tips

Avocado toast is best enjoyed immediately after preparation.

Store boiled eggs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.

If preparing ahead, keep the avocado, eggs, and toast separate until serving.

To prevent avocado browning, mix it with lemon juice and store it in an airtight container with plastic wrap pressed directly against the surface.

Do not freeze assembled avocado toast, as the texture of the avocado and eggs will deteriorate after thawing.
