Instructions

Step 1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown and crisp.

Step 2. Arrange the toast on one side of a serving plate.

Step 3. Slice the avocado and fan the slices neatly onto the plate beside the toast.

Step 4. Add the cucumber slices and halved cherry tomatoes to the plate.

Step 5. Heat the butter and olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.

Step 6. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites are set and the yolks remain bright and runny.

Step 7. Season the eggs with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Step 8. Transfer the sunny-side-up eggs to the plate.

Step 9. Sprinkle the avocado with a pinch of salt, black pepper, and everything bagel seasoning if desired.

Step 10. Garnish the eggs and vegetables with fresh parsley.
