Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Spray rack with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 2: Season chicken strips with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Step 3: Wrap each chicken strip with a slice of bacon and place seam side down on the wire rack.
Step 4: Sprinkle brown sugar generously over the wrapped chicken.
Step 5: Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy and caramelized. Broil the last 1-2 minutes for extra crispiness if desired.
Step 6: Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.
Storage Information
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer to maintain crispiness. Not recommended for freezing once cooked, as the bacon may become soggy.
