Bacon Onion Tomato Pie

Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place pie crust in a deep-dish pie pan and pre-bake for 8 minutes. Set aside.

Step 2: Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble once cooled.

Step 3: In the same skillet, sauté the sliced onions until soft and golden. Set aside.

Step 4: In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and basil. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 5: Layer the pie with crumbled bacon, sautéed onions, and diced tomatoes. Spread the cheese mixture evenly on top.

Step 6: Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly. Let the pie cool for 10 minutes before slicing.

Storage Information:
Store any leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat individual slices in the oven or toaster oven for best results. This pie can also be made a day in advance and reheated before serving.
