Step 1 Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
/n Step 2 In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
/n Step 3 Slice each chicken breast horizontally to create a pocket.
/n Step 4 Stuff each chicken breast with the cream cheese mixture.
/n Step 5 Season the outside of the chicken with paprika and Italian seasoning.
/n Step 6 Wrap each stuffed chicken breast with 2–3 slices of bacon, securing with toothpicks if needed.
/n Step 7 Place the chicken on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
/n Step 8 Bake for 30–35 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crisp.
/n Step 9 Broil for 2–3 minutes for extra crispy bacon if desired.
/n Step 10 Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) or in an air fryer to maintain crispiness. Avoid microwaving to prevent the bacon from becoming soggy.
