Baked Blueberry Cottage Cheese Breakfast Bowls

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease 2–3 small ramekins or oven-safe bowls.

Step 2: In a medium bowl, whisk together cottage cheese, eggs, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.

Step 3: Fold in the blueberries gently, then divide the mixture evenly between the prepared ramekins.

Step 4: Place ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until set and golden on top.

Step 5: Let cool slightly before serving. Top with additional blueberries and a drizzle of honey if desired.

Storage Information

Store leftover baked bowls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven until warmed through. These bowls can also be enjoyed cold, making them perfect for meal prep!
