Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
Step 2: In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Step 3: Pat the chicken breasts dry and place them in a large zip-top bag or shallow dish. Pour the yogurt marinade over the chicken and ensure each piece is well coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (up to 8 hours for more flavor).
Step 4: Place the marinated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Discard excess marinade.
Step 5: Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is lightly golden on top.
Step 6: Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Storage Information
Store any leftover chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. To reheat, warm in the microwave or oven until heated through. This dish also freezes well—wrap tightly and freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight before reheating.
