Instructions

Step 1 Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
Step 2 Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
Step 3 In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and whisk in flour to form a roux.
Step 4 Gradually add milk and heavy cream, whisking constantly until smooth and thickened.
Step 5 Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
Step 6 Add salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder, mixing well.
Step 7 Combine the cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce and mix thoroughly.
Step 8 Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Step 9 Sprinkle additional shredded cheese on top.
Step 10 Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly, then serve warm.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave with a splash of milk to keep it creamy. This dish can also be frozen for up to 2 months and reheated before serving.
