Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 2: Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce over the bottom of the baking dish.
Step 3: Arrange half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce in a single layer. Top with 1 cup marinara sauce and 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
Step 4: Repeat the layers with the remaining ravioli, marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using) over the top.
Step 5: Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 6: Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Storage Information
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) or in the microwave until warmed through. You can also freeze the assembled (unbaked) dish for up to 2 months — thaw overnight in the fridge before baking.
