Instructions
Step 1: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×9-inch dish to form the crust.
Step 2: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in half the whipped topping.
Step 3: Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust, then add a layer of banana slices.
Step 4: Prepare chocolate pudding mix with cold milk according to package directions. Spread over the banana layer.
Step 5: Top with remaining whipped topping. Garnish with chocolate chips, shavings, and banana slices just before serving.
Step 6: Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight for best texture.
Storage Information
Store the dessert in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 3 days. Add fresh banana slices just before serving to prevent browning. Not recommended for freezing due to the banana and whipped topping layers.
