Bang Bang Chicken Sliders

Instructions

Step 1: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

Step 2: Dip chicken pieces in buttermilk, then dredge in the flour mixture, pressing to coat well. Set aside.

Step 3: Heat oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry chicken in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

Step 4: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey until smooth.

Step 5: Lightly toast slider buns if desired. Place lettuce on the bottom bun, then top with fried chicken, a generous drizzle of Bang Bang sauce, and pickles if using. Finish with the top bun.

Step 6: Sprinkle sesame seeds on the buns for garnish and serve immediately.

Storage Information

Store leftover components separately in airtight containers. Reheat chicken in the oven or air fryer for crispiness. Assembled sliders are best enjoyed fresh to avoid soggy buns.
