Step 1: In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, barbecue sauce, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Step 2: Add the beef cubes to the marinade and toss until evenly coated.
Step 3: Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to develop.
Step 4: Wash and cut the potatoes into fries, then soak them in cold water for 20 minutes before drying thoroughly.
Step 5: Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
Step 6: Fry the potatoes in batches until golden and crispy, then transfer to paper towels and season lightly with salt.
Step 7: Thread the marinated beef cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers.
Step 8: Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat.
Step 9: Grill the skewers for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred on the outside and cooked to your preferred doneness.
Step 10: Brush the grilled beef skewers with melted butter for added flavor and shine.
Step 11: Arrange the fries, lettuce, sliced onions, tomatoes, and grilled beef skewers on serving plates.
Step 12: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately while hot.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover beef skewers and fries separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat the beef skewers in a skillet or oven over medium heat until warmed through. Avoid overcooking to keep the beef tender.
Reheat fries in the oven or air fryer at 375°F for several minutes until crispy again.
Fresh salad ingredients such as lettuce and tomatoes should be stored separately and served cold for the best freshness.
