
Infuse 3 dried laurel leaves in 250 ml of simmering water for 5 to 7 minutes, then add a small pinch of fine salt (about 0.5 g). Consume slowly, preferably after a meal or at the end of the day.
Add 200 to 250 g of sea salt and 6 laurel leaves to a tub filled with hot water (about 37 to 38 °C). Let it infuse for a few minutes before entering the bath and enjoy for 15 to 20 minutes.
Place 3 to 5 laurel leaves and 1 tablespoon of salt in a small decorative bowl, placing it in a living space to create a calming atmosphere. Refresh the mixture every 2 to 3 weeks.
