Instructions:
step 1 Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with foil.

step 3 Baste the chicken with barbecue sauce and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until caramelized and fully cooked.
step 4 In a saucepan, combine baked beans, shredded carrots, bell pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Simmer on low for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
step 5 In a bowl, mix broccoli, carrots, mayonnaise, sour cream, and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill until serving.
step 6 Warm the cranberry sauce slightly or serve chilled, as desired.
step 7 Warm the hoagie roll in the oven for 5 minutes or until soft and heated through.
step 8 Plate the BBQ chicken with a serving of beans, broccoli salad, cranberry sauce, and the hoagie roll on the side.
Storage and Reheating Tips:
Store leftovers in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat chicken in the oven at 350°F for 10-15 minutes or in the microwave. Beans can be reheated in a saucepan or microwave. Keep the broccoli salad chilled and do not reheat. Bread can be refreshed in the oven for 3-5 minutes before serving.
