Instructions

step 1 In a large bowl, mix BBQ sauce, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Marinate the steak, ribs, and wings for at least 1 hour (or overnight).
step 2 Preheat grill or oven to 200°C (400°F). Grill or bake the marinated meats, turning occasionally and basting with more BBQ sauce, for 25–40 minutes depending on thickness, until cooked through and caramelized.
step 3 While the meat cooks, brush corn with melted butter and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 10–15 minutes, turning frequently until charred and tender.
step 4 For the coleslaw, combine cabbage, carrots, and bell peppers in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar or lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper. Toss with vegetables and chill until ready to serve.
step 5 Arrange grilled meats and corn on a large serving platter. Serve with a side of creamy coleslaw.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store leftover meats in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat on the grill, oven, or microwave until heated through. Keep coleslaw refrigerated and consume within 2 days for freshness. Corn can be reheated in the microwave or quickly on a hot pan.
