BBQ Steak Dinner with Mashed Potatoes & Veggies

Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Rub steaks with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Brush with BBQ sauce and cook for 1 additional minute per side. Let rest.
Step 2: In a large pot, boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and mash with butter and milk. Season to taste.
Step 3: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté carrots, zucchini, and cauliflower for 6-8 minutes or until just tender. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4: In a bowl, toss greens, strawberries, and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with dressing before serving.
Step 5: Plate the BBQ steak with a serving of mashed potatoes, sautéed vegetables, and the fresh salad on the side.

Storage and Reheating Tips:
Store leftovers in separate containers for up to 3 days. Reheat steak in a skillet over low heat or microwave gently. Potatoes and veggies can be microwaved or warmed in a saucepan. Refresh salad just before serving for best taste.
