Beef and Bok Choy Stir-Fry

Instructions

Step 1 In a bowl, toss the sliced beef with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes.

Step 2 Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Step 3 Add the beef and stir-fry until browned and just cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Step 4 In the same pan, add the remaining oil, then sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.

Step 5 Add the bok choy and cook until just wilted but still crisp.

Step 6 Pour in beef broth, oyster sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Step 7 Return the beef to the pan and toss everything together until well coated and heated through.

Step 8 Cook for another 2–3 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.

Step 9 Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over medium heat or in the microwave until warmed through. Add a splash of broth or water when reheating to refresh the sauce.
