Beef and Pepper Stir-Fry Noodles

Instructions:
step 1 Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
step 2 In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with 1 tablespoon soy sauce and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.
step 3 Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Stir-fry the beef until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
step 4 In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the onions and garlic, and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
step 5 Add the sliced bell peppers and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
step 6 Return the cooked beef to the skillet. Add the cooked noodles.
step 7 Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, and water or broth. Toss everything together to combine and heat through.
step 8 Taste and adjust seasoning with salt if needed. Serve hot.
