Step 1: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess grease.
Step 2: Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to taste. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and salsa or taco sauce. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Step 3: Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
Step 4: Spoon the beef mixture down the center of each tortilla and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Step 5: Fold over into burrito-style wraps or taco folds.
Step 6: Place folded tacos in a skillet or on a griddle over medium heat. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and the cheese is melted.
Step 7: Serve hot with optional toppings like sour cream, diced tomatoes, and chopped cilantro.
Storage Information
Store leftover beef filling in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Assemble tacos fresh for best texture, or reheat wrapped tacos in a skillet or oven.
