Instructions
Step 1 Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook tortellini according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Step 2 Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the beef pieces until browned on all sides.
Step 3 Reduce heat to medium, add butter and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
Step 4 Pour in beef broth and let it simmer for 5–7 minutes until slightly reduced.
Step 5 Stir in heavy cream, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until the sauce thickens.
Step 6 Add cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss gently to coat in the sauce.
Step 7 Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
Step 8 Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat on the stovetop over low heat with a splash of cream or broth to maintain the sauce’s consistency. Avoid overheating to prevent the sauce from separating.
