Instructions
Step 1 Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

Step 2 Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.

Step 3 In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.

Step 4 Add chopped onion and garlic to the beef and cook until softened.

Step 5 Stir in French onion soup, beef broth, gravy mix, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 6 Add the cooked noodles to the baking dish and pour the beef and gravy mixture over the top. Toss gently to combine.

Step 7 Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.

Step 8 Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbly.

Step 9 Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave, adding a splash of broth if needed to keep the noodles moist. This dish can also be frozen for up to 2 months.
