step 1 Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan. /n
step 2 In a large bowl, combine ground beef, beefy onion soup mix, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. /n
step 3 Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix. /n
step 4 Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and shape into a loaf. /n
step 5 Spread the remaining ketchup evenly over the top. /n
step 6 Bake for 55–65 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). /n
step 7 Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing. /n
step 8 Serve warm.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat slices in the microwave or oven until warmed through. This meatloaf also freezes well for up to 3 months; wrap tightly and thaw before reheating.
