As a Tea (the most common method)

For an effective dandelion tea:

  • Amount of dried leaves: 1 to 2 teaspoons, or about 2 to 4 grams
  • Water quantity: 250 ml (about one large cup)
  • Water temperature: Simmering, around 90–95 °C (just before boiling)
  • Steep time: 10 minutes, covered to preserve active ingredients
  • Preparation: Pour hot water over leaves, let steep, then filter before drinking.
  • Frequency: 1 to 2 cups a day, preferably in the morning and/or early afternoon

Taste tip: You can add half a teaspoon of honey or a bit of lemon to offset the bitterness.

In Capsules (a convenient option)

  • Recommended intake: 2 to 3 capsules daily, divided into 1 or 2 doses during meals

Always check the dosage on the package, as concentrations can vary by manufacturer.
