Instructions
Step 1: Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 20 minutes if using. /n
Step 2: In a bowl, toss chicken cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. /n
Step 3: Thread the seasoned chicken onto skewers evenly. /n
Step 4: Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. /n
Step 5: Cook skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is fully cooked and slightly charred. /n
Step 6: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice to make the bang bang sauce. /n
Step 7: Brush or drizzle the sauce over cooked chicken skewers. /n
Step 8: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover skewers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet or oven until warmed through. Keep extra sauce separate for best texture. You can also freeze cooked chicken (without sauce) for up to 2 months.
