Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with onion powder, garlic salt, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Step 3: Stir in mustard, ketchup, and chopped pickles (if using). Let cool slightly.
Step 4: Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 9 equal squares.
Step 5: Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a cube of cheese in the center of each square. Fold the corners up and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
Step 6: Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 7: Bake for 18–22 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.
Step 8: Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces like burger sauce or ranch.
