Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with onion powder, garlic salt, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain excess grease and let cool slightly.
Step 3: Flatten each biscuit or pastry round. Spoon a small amount of beef mixture in the center, top with cheese and optional pickles.
Step 4: Fold dough over filling and pinch to seal into a ball shape. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Step 5: Brush each bomb with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 6: Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
Step 7: Let cool slightly before serving. Great with a side of burger sauce or ketchup for dipping.
Storage Information
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes for best texture. Freeze unbaked bombs and bake straight from frozen, adding 5–7 extra minutes to baking time.
