Step 1: Warm tortillas slightly in the microwave or on a skillet to make them more pliable.
Step 2: In a large bowl, combine chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
Step 3: Spoon the mixture evenly down the center of each tortilla.
Step 4: Fold in the sides, then roll up tightly like a burrito.
Step 5: Optional—heat the wraps in a skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes per side for a golden, crispy finish.
Step 6: Slice in half and serve immediately.
Storage Information
For best texture, assemble wraps just before serving. However, you can prep the filling ahead and store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. If making wraps in advance, wrap tightly in foil or plastic and refrigerate; reheat in a skillet or microwave before serving.
