Instructions
Step 1: Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak slices, season with salt and pepper, and sear for 3-4 minutes until browned but tender. Remove and set aside.
Step 3: In the same skillet, lower heat and add minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds.
Step 4: Add barbecue sauce, honey, soy sauce, and smoked paprika. Stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Step 5: Return steak to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce. Add cooked penne pasta and stir until everything is evenly coated and heated through.
Step 6: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Storage Information
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in a skillet over medium heat with a splash of water or broth to loosen the sauce.
