Broccoli and Cheese Stuffed Chicken

Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

Step 2: In a small bowl, mix chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and red bell pepper (if using) until well combined.

Step 3: Cut a deep pocket in each chicken breast without cutting all the way through. Season both sides and inside the pocket with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Step 4: Stuff each chicken breast with the broccoli-cheese mixture. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.

Step 5: Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken breasts for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.

Step 6: Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbly.

Step 7: Remove toothpicks, rest for a few minutes, then serve.

Storage information:
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave until heated through.
