Step 1 Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
/nStep 2 Place the pork chops in the prepared baking dish.
/nStep 3 In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and onion powder.
/nStep 4 Rub the brown sugar mixture evenly over each pork chop.
/nStep 5 Place a tablespoon of butter on top of each pork chop.
/nStep 6 Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
/nStep 7 Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15–20 minutes, allowing the tops to caramelize.
/nStep 8 Spoon the melted butter and juices over the pork chops before serving.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 325°F (165°C) covered with foil, or microwave until warmed through. Add a little broth or water if needed to keep the meat moist.
