Instructions

Step 1 Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and place the ham in a roasting pan.

Step 2 Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.

Step 3 In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, honey, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, and pineapple juice.

Step 4 Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves and the glaze is smooth.

Step 5 Brush a generous layer of glaze over the ham.

Step 6 Cover loosely with foil and bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, basting with glaze every 20–30 minutes.

Step 7 Remove foil during the last 20 minutes to allow the glaze to caramelize.

Step 8 Remove from oven and let rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
