Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or large cast iron skillet.
Step 2: Spread the biscuit quarters evenly in the bottom of the dish. Layer cooked sausage and bacon over the biscuits.
Step 3: In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture evenly over the biscuit and meat layers.
Step 4: Sprinkle both types of cheese over the top.
Step 5: Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the eggs are set, the biscuits are golden, and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
Step 6: Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
Storage Information
Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave until warmed through. This casserole also freezes well—wrap tightly and freeze for up to 2 months.
