Bubble Up Pizza Bake

Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 2: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage or ground beef with the chopped onion until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.

Step 3: In a large bowl, combine the cooked meat mixture, quartered biscuit dough, pizza sauce, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Stir until everything is well coated.

Step 4: Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, black olives, green peppers or onions, and Parmesan cheese.

Step 5: Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top.

Step 6: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are puffed and golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Step 7: Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with additional green onions or herbs if desired.

Storage Information:

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave until warm. This dish can also be frozen before baking—just thaw and bake when ready to enjoy!
