Buffalo Chicken Pasta

Instructions:

Step 1: Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: In a large skillet or Dutch oven, melt butter over medium heat. Add cream cheese and stir until melted and smooth.

Step 3: Stir in ranch dressing and buffalo sauce. Mix well until combined.

Step 4: Add in the cooked chicken and cooked pasta. Stir to coat evenly.

Step 5: Mix in cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.

Step 6: Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.

Step 7: Serve hot with a side of garlic bread or a crisp salad.

Storage Information:

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove or in the microwave. Add a splash of milk or broth if the sauce thickens too much.
