Buttery Garlic Cream Lobster Tails

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the lobster tails in a baking dish, meat side up. Set aside.

Step 2: In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Step 3: Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.

Step 4: Spoon the garlic cream sauce generously over each lobster tail.

Step 5: Bake the lobster tails in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.

Step 6: Remove from the oven and spoon more sauce over the top. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Storage Information

Store any leftover lobster tails and sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in a skillet over low heat with a splash of cream or butter. Avoid microwaving to preserve the texture of the lobster.
