Cabbage Egg Fritters

Instructions

Step 1: In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, eggs, mozzarella, cheddar, flour, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and green onions if using. Mix until fully combined.

Step 2: Heat a thin layer of oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Step 3: Scoop about 1/4 cup of the mixture and shape it into a patty. Place in the skillet and flatten slightly.

Step 4: Cook for 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Step 5: Transfer cooked fritters to a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil. Repeat with the remaining mixture.

Step 6: Serve warm with sour cream, yogurt dip, or your favorite sauce.

Storage Information

Store leftover fritters in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet or air fryer for best crispiness. Fritters can also be frozen and reheated straight from the freezer.
