Instructions
Step 1: Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Step 3: Stir in Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne. Add tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 4: Pour in heavy cream and milk, stirring to combine. Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Step 5: Stir in mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan until melted and creamy.
Step 6: Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
Step 7: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Storage Information
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat gently on the stove or in the microwave, adding a splash of milk or cream to loosen the sauce if needed. Not recommended for freezing due to the dairy content.
