Instructions
Step 1: Cook the fettuccine pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Season the sliced beef with Cajun seasoning, pressing it into the meat.
Step 3: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add the beef and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Step 4: In the same skillet, lower heat to medium and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 5: Pour in the heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Step 6: Toss the cooked fettuccine in the Alfredo sauce until well coated.
Step 7: Top the pasta with the seared Cajun butter beef. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Storage Information
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop or in the microwave, adding a splash of cream or milk to loosen the sauce if needed.
