Instructions
Step 1: Cook the rigatoni pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Season the beef strips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Step 3: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon butter. Sear the beef strips for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Step 4: In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 5: Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Step 6: Add the cooked rigatoni to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
Step 7: Top with seared beef strips and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
Storage Information
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop or in the microwave, adding a splash of cream if needed to loosen the sauce.
